Cured my husband’s whiny calf aches.

I’m writing all these reviews under my husband’s name since his name is on the account; and not because he’s the bread winner or that I gave up my career to take care of my parent… My 50+ husband is a runner, he runs every day. He developed a calf strain, by running rather than much needed yard work. These sleeves have helped to heal his calf injury. He ordered a large because of his Popeye calves, he’s 5’6” . There is a seam by his Achillies Tendon which was rubbing raw while running, I suggested he roll the seam under or rotate it an inch, and that worked. I’m so glad because there is a lot to do. Yes I would recommend this product to anyone with a calf injury.

Good brace

I purchased this brace for my calf. If you go by the measurements in the description I would advise you to go to the next size up from what you measure . Exp. If you measure for a medium I would purchase the large etc. It is a quality brace. I did have to return this item because of size, not because of quality or functionality. I have other McDavid braces and they are the best in my opinion.

Great Calf support

I pulled or tore a calf muscle last Halloween. I was pretty much crippled for months. I bought this to aid in recovery and it has been a life saver. I still have to wear it if I am going on a speed walk, but it seems to be keeping me from doing more damage. I would easily purchase again.

helped with a torn muscle

i tore my right calf in bjj. I used this product to help support the muscle as it was healing. this product made it possible for me to walk and support my weight on my right leg during the healing of my calf.

Fantastic!

Calf made an audible 'pop' playing baseball- couldn't put weight on my foot. After a ton of ice and some rest, I was back playing the same week with this brace- makes a HUGE difference.

Great for calf support

I would recommend this product. I'm 5' 9" Tall and I ordered a Large. It covers my lower leg from just above the ankle up to mid-high calf. It keeps my calf warm & it also does provide some support to the front muscles along the Tibia. Not sure if it would help Shin Splints (?), but it definitely helps. Add some Icy Hot or Ben Gay to the calf before you put that sleeve on & you'll be in great shape!

Great for recovery from a torn calf muscle

Fits well and provides great support - husband tore his calf muscle and this has been helping him heal!! Neoprene is easy to clean by rinsing with water. Sizing was accurate based on size chart.

Nice sleeve, choose a large which has a nice fit top to bottom. Material no as breathable as I would like but it does add the support needed during a hard training night.
