Didn’t work for my neck pain

I like the old version better. This pillow actually aggravated my symptoms more. Filling it up was easy though. I’m sure it works for someone, just not me. Gave a higher rating because of well construction

Wow what a help this has been

Chiropractor told me to try this pillow. I have bone spurs in my neck and I've been having tingling in my hands. Chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture have been helping but I added this pillow and I have say I love it. Very comfortable soft but not too soft and I still can add more water if I need it firmer or remove some water if I need it softer. I'm sure it's helped some with the tingling. But the comfort alone makes it worthwhile I'm actually sleeping longer then my average of 3 hours, the other night I slept 5 hours! Vast improvement!

Too thick to be affective

I have the original version of this pillow and love it. However, this version's memory foam although nice quality is way too thick to be affective. If you add water to it it pushes your neck to a bad angle. The pillow is thick a supportive without the water. The idea is the water conforms the pillow to your preferences and sleeping style. The foam needs to be thinner for it to be affective IMO. I will have to try another brand now.

Neck issues alleviated!

I have searched far and wide for a pillow that will support my head during the night that doesn’t make my neck hurt by morning. This pillow allows me to adjust the amount of water which affects firmness and height of pillow. I use the minimum amount of water to help keep my head and neck comfy. My massage therapist recommended and it did exactly like she said it would. The only thing I don’t like is I put my hand under the pillow when I sleep and the cap for the water is hard but I just flip the pillow around so it’s at the top of the pillow. Great product!

Worth it!

I bought this pillow because I suffer from night sweats. This. pillow. is. awesome. One side is more padded so you if you choose, you don't feel the coolness too much. The other side allows the coolness to come thru and it is GREAT! No leaks as of yet for me. The firmness of this pillow depends on how much water you fill it with. I went with "medium" and it is so comfortable. I have arthritis in my neck and this pillow is perfect for getting that "just right" support. I highly recommend it for night sweats/hot natured people like myself. Worth the price!

Best pillow Ive owned

So I am very picky with my pillows. My job as a firefighter has always given me neck issues. Then a couple years ago a chimney collapsed on me and buried me at a fire. Ive had a ton of PT and multiple surgeries. Headaches and neck pain are a pretty regular thing for me. I was told about this pillow by a friend and it definitely lives up to the hype. I filled mine to the max amount of water and its perfect for me. This pillow has definitely reduced my neck and upper back stiffness in the morning. My chest used to pop every morning when I got out of bed at my sternum, from it being broken at the chimney collapse. But since ive had this pillow for some reason it doesnt pop anymore. This pillow has definitely reduced my stiffness. The price is high but its worth it for me

NOT What I Expected

I have been suffering from severe neck pain. I've been to doctors, had X-rays, and recently I've been going to a chiropractor, and they have these pillows for sale in their lobby. They sell the fiber version so I thought I would rather have the memory foam version. I have memory foam cervical pillows and they are firm. The memory foam in this pillow is AIR - when you lay your head on it there is NO resistance - your head drops to the water bag immediately. So I put three quarts in it the first night to see how it works, and by the time I woke up in the morning my neck pain was SEVERE. So severe that I had a miserable headache all day. I tried it for one more night with four quarts in it, the firmest, and I had to change out pillows at midnight because my neck pain was getting WORSE. So I spent the rest of the night on my cervical pillow, and today my neck feels better. So, obviously, buying this pillow was a mistake. It's on its way back as I type. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

For my cervical problem it is not comfortable enough. It could be good for someone else, but it didn't serve my purpose

An extremely poor quality product.

An incredible petroleum smell spread when I opened the package of the pillow. It is not possible to sleep with this fragrance. I saw the pillow split in half when I removed the pillow for airing. Extremely poor quality material was used. Great disappointment. I definitely want my money back

Excelente producto, con el agua regulas el tamaño de la almohada, además de que resulta agradable el sonido del agua, ya que transmite frescura. No se ha deformado y además muy higiénica. La recomiendo.
