They had fun painting on the pots, and planting their seeds, but sadly their herbs did not grow. It is a bit expensive to pay and have no plants.

No flowers grew

With the 3 different sets of flower seeds and following the directions that came with the kit, only 1 kind of flower seeds grew and it was more like grass with no flowers at all. Total fail…

My magical garden ????

Thanks to this National Geographic flower growing kit, your child can design their own garden. Your child will have three stainless steel pots, lots of stickers, and six assorted color paints to decorate each of the three pots to their personal taste. Kids will find all the supplies they need to paint the pots using the six different colored paints, a palette, two brushes, and a variety of stickers. With the help of a learning guide, your child will learn how to plant the three packages of seeds (cosmos, nasturtium, and zinnia), plus find all the necessary supplies, including peat pellets and even a garden shovel. It even comes with three wooden labels to identify what is growing in each pot. This set will teach older children how to grow and care for their individual gardens. It is a great way to learn responsibility and see your progress as the seeds start to bloom. I like that this is a fantastic gift for children where they can learn while having fun. No need to wait till Christmas as this is a great gift all year round.
