Very much loved the color (teal)

Very much loved the color (teal), and the cut was very flattering for a girl but it is rather snug and short for my tall and slim 8 year old. She is 53 inches tall, 62 pounds and wears a size 8-10 slim. We tried to get my son to wear it and it fit perfectly but the pink etching of the words "oneill" led him to turn down the offer (he is 48 inches and 40 pounds at 6 years old). We had to return the item, but kudos to amazon and oneill for the free returns.

Great quality!

We have only tried it on but the quality of this swim top seems amazing! And it matched the shorts we got perfectly. Those saying it’s sewn wrong are incorrect. That’s the way the shirt is supposed to be so it doesn’t irritate the neck. It’s a little more pink in person than the photo but I was hoping for that. For reference, my daughter is just over 4yo, 42.5” and 38lbs. The size 4 fits her perfectly! Rashguards are meant to be TIGHT! You chance them getting a rash if not. Hence the name rashguard. They aren’t just for sun protection.

Order Up a size or two

I ordered this for my 13 year old daughter. The one that arrived was made for maybe a 7 yr old. These run VERY small. So when ordering, order up a size or two.

Good quality good price

We got this at a very good price for less than nine dollars on Amazon. So for that price I thought it was an excellent deal. Very well constructed and looks great on my daughter. The sun and pool faded the orange but I guess that is to be expected. Ran on the smaller side so probably would only get one season out of this,but again at this price worth it.

I got two sizes bigger and that should get us through this year. Can't believe the sizing they have for these. Get two sizes bigger to fit the current year. If you want it to last longer, go up three sizes. Otherwise, it's great.

snug fit

This rash guard is made to fit like a bathing suit...tight. My daughter is very petite and usually wears a 10/12 shirt. I ordered the 12. It will work for this summer but wish i had ordered a size up!

Buy two sizes up.

Well made shirt & very comfortable. However, this runs a bit small as it was very tight on my 11-year-old (who usually wears a size 10).
