Nice color but poorly packed.

The color was nice but the utensil crock was broken into bits. Broke into bits. Others had complained about this issue and I ignored them and purchased anyways. The packing was practically non-existent! One mere small layer of bubble wrap. No heavy padding, no brown paper crumpled to stabilize item. It just bounced around on its trip to my home. The item was refunded b/c I didn't want a replacement and having to deal with the possibility of another broken utensil crock and a return. Instead, I bought a Le Creuset Oyster Utensil Crock. Same color family as the Oggi broken crock. Plus, I am very familiar with LC. Packaged very well and secure! Padding, tight fit in box and another box to ship. Overall better quality too!
