Beautiful - but arrives very dirty

I hope the person who wrote about the colors not being vivid sees this post. They are! Take note of my 2 photos. The piece arrived beautifully packaged, but absolutely filthy. The photo with the cloth draped over it is leftover dirt after washing the stand 3 times. I finally decided to use dishwashing liquid on a soft cloth which worked well. In the first photo I left a small section up top unwashed just to show the difference. If you're willing to put 20 minutes or so of good old-fashioned elbow grease into it, the piece is absolutely worth it. Having said all that, my umbrella stand arrived today from another vendor. The one I ordered from Amazon hasn't arrived yet AND cost more $$. When that one arrives, it's going back.

Fake antique finish ruins the piece

This vase / umbrella holder would have been wonderful except for the fake antique brown “finish” smeared over the piece. It completely ruins the color. No one should think they are getting an antique Famillie Rose umbrella stand for $100 off Amazon - so don’t try to make it look like that - because it doesn’t!!

Love this umbrella stand.

The ceramic umbrella stand is lovely. Substantial weight but not too heavy. Quick soap and warm water to clean outside of stand was easy. Glad I brought this item!

Colors are dull

Delivery was fast as promised, packaging was good too to protect the vase. Vase was sturdy and thick BUT THE painting's color is very dull not as bright and colorful as it was advertised.

Beautiful and sturdy

Beautiful! Heavy and sturdy. Image is not as eye popping as the ad but I think it's more antique looking as is. I love it. Holds my walking sticks and canes just like I wanted and doesn't tip over.

AWFUL JUNK, COMICAL JUNK, EXPENSIVE JUNK!!!

I have received a few things from Amazon that I did not care for and a few used and resold items, but NEVER NEVER RECEIVED PURE JUNK!!! I wish I knew how the folks that got the Bronze Color with the Green umbrella accomplished that!!! I got the BRIGHT HALLOWEEN ORANGE AND BLACK CHILD PAINTED COMICAL UMBRELLA. HAD IT BEEN A BLACK PUMPKIN, PERFECT FOR HALLOWEEN!!! The bronze like top border on the smallest container looked like it had white mildew on it! Even though I read someone's else's almost identical description with pictures it seemed like that was a few years ago and recent comments described what the pictures in the for sale show!!! Boy was I tricked!!! AWFUL!!!
