Got me out of a jam!

Well, I was trying to remove a pressure relief valve on my RV water heater and the threads were seized. I tore the brass valve off, leaving the threads. I heated it, soaked it with penetrating fluid, tried cutting the threads, hitting them with a chisel... nothing. Bought this extractor and borrowed a break bar, it was out in about 15 seconds. After a lot of aggravation with the wrong tools, this hit the spot. Saved me a lot of time and money... it woulda been real expensive to take it to an RV shop to fix.
