Excellent Product for Arrow-Shed

I bought an Arrow-shed and it was recommended to get the anchor kit which I'm glad I did. I built my shed on concrete blocks. Once I assembled the floor base I needed to secure the base by using the corner brackets. The package comes screws, lag bolts, corner brackets, and side perimeter clips. Most importantly it comes with a masonry drill bit to drill into the concrete blocks. Once you drill the hole approx. 2" deep you insert the lag bolt, tighten the nut and the corner bracket is secured. Use the screws to secure the sides of the corner bracket to the frame. Same process for the perimeter clips. Highly recommend if your purchasing a metal shed.

More stability

My old storage shed (30 years old, same model) got blown off my cement pad after heavy wind storms in January. When I got a new shed, I got this anchor kit to secure it for future storms. Need a fairly heavy duty drill to drill screw holes in the cement but once that was accomplished, anchor kit was very easy to install. Kit does come with a masonary drill bit.

Review is lower than it would otherwise be due to the fact that parts were missing from my order.

Can’t really give a non biased review because half the brackets were missing. Needed to get the shed up before big storm hit so didn’t have time to return them for complete package. Local big box and mom&pop stores were all out of stock so my husband was able to get a close match on what we did receive to complete project in time.

Worked as expected!

I wasn’t super happy with the shed, but this anchoring kit was very easy to use and installed without issue. The corner and side brackets fit on perfectly.

Great besides the drill bit

Great product the only thing that was not good about this was the drill bit but everything worked great was skeptical because not to many people have reviewed it but great product overall.

Concrete Anchor Kit for Wood Floor

I decided to write a review for this because others had a similar question about this product: Can this be used for a wooden deck? I decided to give this a try. As you can see from the image, it works if you substitute the concrete anchors for wood lag screws. For my project I chose: 1-1/2" x 1/4" galvanized lag screws + galvanized washers (purchased separately). Overall I am happy with the product (e.g. the holes in the corner gussets lined up well with the pre-drilled holes in my shed) I am giving this product 4 stars because the company could either sell a kit without the concrete anchors OR offer a kit for a wood floor. Had to spend extra money to complete the project.
