Spa Filters Not as pictured or as described

I was ordering replacement filters for my Hot Springs Spa (Hot Tub). Watkins is the usual supplier. This replacement from Poolmaster looks like the Watkins except for color and the description is right on. The picture in the Amazon site shows a darker colored filter with a white band around the middle which is to strengthen the filters by holding filter spacing and preventing separation, etc. The actual filters I received were very WHITE and did not have the band as described in the product description. So while the filter will work in the hot tub, it is NOT the one described.

Just what we needed

This is just what was needed for our hot tub after a long period of non-use due to repairs needed. When the tech was going to install them, he quoted a price MUCH higher than we paid for these and they are exactly the same. I am glad we waited a couple of more days and saved the money!

filter works fine but NOT as pictured w/ the center support so they won't last as long as those that have a center support - still for the $$$ I will prob. buy them again when these wear out...

Hot Tub Filters

As reported before, the product that was received was not what was pictured - no band around the filter - however - the filters were a perfect fit and seem to do a good job! I would recommend them as a perfect replacement!

Watkins #31489 has 2 inch center hole

filter says "Replacement filter for:Watkins/hot springs [31489]. The hole was to small til I cut it bigger, needed 2' to clear. SEABEES / CAN DO

Not as pictured. Please update your product description as I would not have bought these if I would have read the reviews that they do not have the center band around them. Hopefully they work.
