It will keep you dry for sure

This is a decent raincoat. I use it a lot here in Florida to lower my pool when it rains hard. The only thing is the Zipper pulled away from the coat about six inches which was my fault. My wife sewed it back good as new. I am happy with this purchase.

The rain jacket is not lightweight and the zipper a little difficult. BUT I was still dry in pouring rain buckets. I hate working in the rain but this jacket made it bearable.

Bought this for my husband. It is true to size but snug. Good for walking but to work in it you may consider one size larger.

Made for Lefties

I just received the raincoat the other day so I’ve not tested it in the pouring down rain while working on the farm. I will say this that it’s definitely thick and appears to be a good one for the rain. The problem that I see is zipping the zipper up. It’s quite obvious that it was intended for left handed people so if you’re wanting to make sales and get AND keep customers then you’ll be making a raincoat that zips on the right as well. Want to keep customers coming back? Heed their advice. Thanks.

so first we had a darn time zipping it up, the teeth kept slipping and we had to pull out one side but we did get it. so the zipper problem could be a problem in a hurry. there really isnt leg room for a full stride or rather for a large stride. the one time he has used it he came back soaked from the knees down and he was moist on top. I think it will work but not for long striders who power walk to and from rain or shine.

Basic but functional

Bought for wet dog walks. Having been out in some pretty horrible weather and kept me bone dry. Very long coat which is great for keeping legs dry but you need to think carefully how to move in it - bending down to retrieve sticks for the dog causes the zip at the bottom to stretch, the stitching for my zipper came away from the coat right at the bottom as a result. Coat still usable, but annoyed it broke. Overall the construction is ok, alot of exces and loose thread but, for what the jacket costs, can't expect more I'd say. Overall really useful just to throw on in horrible conditions - could be more robust but for £15 that would be asking alot.

nice looking raincoat

i walk my dog several times a day and am sick of getting wet! this is a good looking mac, and just the right length and fully waterproof. HOWEVER, when putting it on i found it very uncomfortable and clammy-as it doesn't have a proper lining-obviously not at this (reasonable) price. I think i would end up damp on the inside. regrettably i had to send it back-my money was refunded no problem. i also found the zip tricky. it is very long, of course, not particularily good quality, fiddly to do up as you are peering down-i am sure on its journey right up the mac it would soon break.

Good quality and good price

One of the reviews I read said that the sizes tend to be on the small side, so I ordered an XL because I am quite big. It was enormous, so I have to send it back, but this was not a reflection its quality or price. It is a quite substantial plastic mac. I didn't test it but it looked very waterproof. Packs down reasonably small, but not pocket sized. It looked good, but, as I say, too big.

I bought this Mac for my husband as he didn’t have a long coat to wear in the rain I was a bit sceptical because of the price but I’m delighted it’s great and can be worn over other jackets to keep the elements out as very roomy. Good quality.
