Expensive compared to price in Rupees. I wish the jars are dish washer safe. Arrived on time and works well.

Too noisy

Used couple of times. Made rice and lentil batter and tirned out good. But it makes too much noise. I have to hold on to the cap otherwise the cap comes out. Wish the lids have lock system.

Works well for Indian household!

We have been using it for 5 years now and we are pretty satisfied with this product. Its not as powerful as a Vitamix but it's a perfect solution for all Indian grinding needs (Chutneys, Batters, Garam Masala etc.) It is low maintenance but if there is a need for repairs you might want to go for a new one :) 3 Jars are perfect for small and large quantities. Few things we follow for durability of the product - Don't overload, Cut hard food items (Coconut or Dry date) in small pieces, Run it in small laps instead of 1 continuous churn.

Jars are smaller compared to what we get in India. Otherwise it works fine. No issues so far.

The product is good, but the customer support in case of an issue is pathetic.

We have a problem with the jar; though the problem persists, the seller recommends buying a new jar. Our experience was that the response was ridiculous and it was a complete risk on our end to trust the follow up services. We had taken Asurion insurance for support and it only takes care of after the manufacturer's warranty. So either way the customer suffers. It's not been a memorable deal.

Does the job well but noisy

This is a good mixer-grinder. It does the job well, similar to the one we used in India. The only reason for giving it 4-stars is because its too noisy.

Regrettable purchase

After using old Sumeet for more than 15 years, this is very disappointing to use. - When using wet jars (not the small jar) lid needs to be down so that it doesn't pop off. - When preparing items that are not that wet, I had to stop and open the lid to stir the items often; older and other models have better ways to stir items while running. - Parts are flimsy; not sure how long it will last. I will be getting different brand next time.

Amazing purchase! Worth the money!

It worked great, no issues at all. I have tried most Canadian mixers/blenders, but none of them worked for Indian food. This was worth the money.

very good blender to use by chileren.

This is a good blender. No glass material, No sharp blade. So teenage kids can freely start to use and get confident. Three different size of cups so, small amount of grinding also can be done easily. Easy to clean. Extra parts also provided. Box arrived in good condition. Even, due to pandemic special arrangement was made by seller and to deliver to destiny. Seller followed through multiple emails to make sure that the product came to us safely. It is working well. This material contain full of positivity. Good to buy.
