Poor instructions

If installed per instructions it doesn't work. Bolts to attach front of capture plate to king pin slide plate must be put in the opposite direction than specified in the installation instructions to hold front of plate up.The nut must be tightened to the inside wall of the capture plate NOT the outside.

Very poor design ????????????

Wouldn’t stay on when you unhook nothing to hold the front on talked to customer service about no holes up front they said that was the way there made older models had holes. Talking to rev dealer they said they have changed again thanks customer no service ????

Sorry I ever bought a Pull Rite hitch!

Poorly designed by the manufacturer. Mounting holes through the capture plate were missing and the hardware that was required for installation was not provided by the manufacturer. Installation took 10 times longer then it would have if the manufacturer would have done their job and not cut corners.

Not much to say about a mostly flat steel plate. It works great, nocked it 2 stars because the attaching hardware was not included, and the installation instructions are a total joke.
