Better than 5 stars
Been using this for years thanks to my fur baby. I bought this when she was a puppy, and she is now a senior. The smell of other products was my problem. So I tried this and was not disappointed, but I never expected it to work so well. I've used this to clean coffee, wine and tomatoe stains on clothes, rugs, upholstery, and it just works. I've cleaned little accidents that were hiding behind furniture for years, and again, it just works. The only time I have not had it work is when I treated an effected area with something else before using this.

BEST pet stain cleaner I've tried
My dog is getting old and having more accidents. After one particularly bad incident, I even sent our rugs out to get professionally cleaned, but it didn't help that much. To maintain my sanity and protect our home, I now keep pee pads under every square inch that he could possibly pee/poo/vomit on, and I keep this Richard's cleaner on hand. At first I tried another brand that is Am@zon recommended and highly rated/reviewed (R&R brand, if you're curious) but the scent was so noxious that it gave me a headache. I dreaded having to use it. This one is a dream. It cleans better, and smells better and smells LESS. Highly recommend.

Wow it really works!!
This is my new go-to organic cleaning spray! I used it on a stain that had been set in for 3 days, and within 2 rounds of spraying & wiping it was totally gone! The smell is also completely neutralized and the scent of the spray is very light and nice. Using organic products is important to me around my animals but usually I can’t find products that work as well as the chemical ones - until now! Thanks to Richard’s!

Quick Effective and Safe for my Toddler!
I have a toddler at home who loves to use the carpet as a canvas. I honestly gave up on a few stains. To see how quickly and effectively Richard's Stain & Odor eliminator worked wowed me! Not to mention that I had my toddler right beside me as I sprayed the stain with the knowing that the solution is safe for children. Plus there was no heavy, unbreathable scent that I had to shoo her away from. Great product!

Got rid of week-old stains
My dog had an accident on my carpet, and I tried several things to get the stain out. I didn't have super high expectations because the stain had already been there a week by the time this product arrived at my house. To my surprise, it almost completely removed the stain on the first try! I still want to do a few more rounds to completely remove it, but I am impressed so far.

Love the smell!
Good product! I like how the smell wasn’t overpowering like other stain removers, it had a light and clean scent to it. Definitely follow the instructions and clean the area before using, it really helps!

Works well and smells good!
I have used various brands of natural carpet cleaners and this one does well! Within days of receiving it, I was able to use it on a fresh stain (thanks to my cat!). It worked really well! I followed the directions and it lifted the stain out easily. I like this spray better than other brands I have tried. The smell is really pleasant, also, which is a plus!
