It's a Senco, what else to say?

Just does it's job and rocks on. Oil it, fill with nails and hook up your compressor........and go to town. Well built and makes a hard job easy. If you want to swing a framing hammer all day, have at it. I'd rather use the Senco, finish the job and go fishing!

There is nothing to dislike if you use the right nails and oil it will last along time, framing the new addition it worked like a charm, I own a hitachi and this out of the box is far better, weight and balance is perfect big box stores don't carry senco nails so you have to buy them thru a local nail and screw supplier , besides the suppliers are cheaper than big box stores ,$40 dollars for 4000 .Home Depot wants $119 for generic 20-22 degree framing nails, for the price of under$150 you can't get a better nail gun.

This replaces my Senco Frame Nailer of 25 years. The old one served me well (and still does) but I wanted a new gun. This gun is shorter than my old gun and works great at nailing between 16-inch, on center joists. I would recommend this framing gun to anyone needing a good framer.

Good for the price.

Worth the money but not great. As a professional builder I notice an occasional piston jam even with proper oiling. Gun also runs out of air with fast sheeting quicker than my Milwaukee or Hitachi nailers. Overall worth the coin. Nice that almost everything is metal and the hook is great.

I am used to Senco products, this one is no different from the others in the sense that it is well crafted and if you follow the basic instructions for use, you will have zero problems.

Excellent framing nailer.

I love it. Equal or better to Hitachi. You also get the lighter weight and depth control for a lower price.

This is a good framing nailer

This is a good framing nailer. I shot nails at 90,100,and 120 psi max with no problems on a Hitachi EC12 compressor. The gun is nice and compact letting its user get into those tough spots that other nailers cannot. Like in between studs or blind nailing blocking in between joist. The depth of drive adjustment has a nice large aluminium thumb wheel located directly on top of the gun. Underneath the gun just in front of the trigger is the bump fire button. You have to press the button IN then slide the switch forward for trigger fire or backward for bump fire. The rafter hook is a nice touch too if you are working in the eves. I used 21 degree generic framing nails with no jams. The gun shoots 20-21 degree plastic collated nails. I looked around for repair kits just incase. The repair kit numbers are YK0444 and YK0445. Depending on which one you might need they run between $26-$38 bucks if you shop around. I needed a quality framing nailer and did not want to waste my time and hard earned money on a sub-par gun. been there, done that. Senco really stepped up to the plate. Very Happy with my purchase
