Fits Perfectly

I have been suffering from lower back pain due to muscle imbalance issues and after a weird movement managed to injure my lower back badly. My lower back was too tight and running and other sorts of exercising was not possible to do. I was in physical therapy for a while and physical therapist recommended that I use a lower back brace to help support my back during my daily activities to help with the recovery. This is when I stumbled upon this product and decided to give it a try. It arrived in good condition and as soon as I took it out of the package I felt that it was made from good quality material. I put it on by myself without a hassle and tightened it as needed. I was impressed with the fit, it fit perfectly to my core and I felt it supporting my back, it comfortably wraps around my waist. I use it almost everyday at work, nice thing that I can wear it under my clothes, and it does not bother me at all. Surprisingly it breathes very well, I expected to be covered in sweat at the end of the day but that was not the case although it keeps my back and comfortably hot. Along with physical therapy it helped alleviate my back pains and now I can at least run, I also use the brace when I am running it helps a great deal.

Brace for Pain

The brace works great with L4, L5, and S1 disc bulge pain. The velcro allows you to adjust to the perfect fit. And, like most braces it rides up when you sit down. I like that it's dark because you won't see dirt. I think it has helped with weight loss because I lost (7) pounds after (3) days of wear. Unbelievable right...that's what I'm thinking. But, it's the tight hold which keeps you from over eating.

This is an affordable and effective corset-style back brace. I hurt my lumbar at work months ago, and the doctors I went to recommended getting a brace like this for when things get tough. They actually really liked it when I brought it in, saying that it looked and felt really nice for the price. I would recommend it to others based on this.

It's a good lumbar belt. However, I received a size small instead of large.

One size does not fit most.

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is that it says one size fits most, but I am an average size 8 to 10 and it was very tight. I haven’t been able to wear it very long because it is too uncomfortable.

Great product!

This is a very comfortable brace. It's not too stiff but provides really good support. I was especially pleased that I could wear it comfortably in even very hot weather. The material is lightweight enough that it stayed quite cool. Recommend this product!
