Dangerous to hang from ceiling

There is a small little clip inside the case that holds the metal piece that you use to suspend the reel from the ceiling. The clip will fail. It will fall from the ceiling and possibly damage itself and other things on the way down. We were lucky and suffered no injuries but part of the plastic around the middle of the reel has broken off. Fortunately it still works after I rigged up an alternative way to hang it from the ceiling.
