It works...and it hasn't fallen over yet.

I really needed a tree mug. My husband drinks obscene amounts of coffee and since he has several mugs, they were taking up lots of cabinet space. We have a tiny kitchen so this seemed like a good idea. I did not realize that this had little feet, yeah, I know, they are in the picture...but I just did not knotice them. They have not had any adverse effects on the balance, so I am not complaining about them. The only real issue I have with this is the arms are so curly that it can be difficult in my early morning, sleep addled state, to get the mugs off the tree. I can say this has kept the cat from knocking them off, as more than once I have caught her up on the counter activly trying to find out what is in them. So in review...does this work like it is supposed to, yes. Does this look good, yes, does it seem sturdy, yes. Would you recomend this, yes. I also purchased several matching items with this, and it looks really good as a set.

Looks nice, holds mugs. I call that a win.

Looks very nice in my kitchen. Holds even my large mugs (not HUGE, but like, a 12-oz one and a short wide cappuccino mug,etc). I put large mugs on bottom because it does threaten to tip if it's top-heavy. It's never actually tipped but it might have if I weren't alert and caught it a couple times. Not often, just if the kids put heavy mugs on top, or if I forget and take one from the bottom when the top is full. No biggie. I've never had a mug slip off either, or even look like it might. Overall, it does the job and looks good doing it. Oh -- the base of the first one I received was detached. Return was easy and they credited my account immediately even before I shipped it back. Received new one quickly and in perfect condition. Not sure if the broken bottom was due to the product or shipping/seller, but figured I'd mention it. Still, I like the mug tree.

Does the job

I really like this stand. This is the second one I've bought after having a good experience with the first. The only downside is that it can get off balance very easily and has a tendency to tip. I've never had it just fall over, but sometimes while removing a mug or putting them on, it'll try to tip over on me. As long as you keep it evenly distributed, it shouldn't be too much of a problem, but that's sometimes hard to do when you're putting mugs back on one at a time. Even so, it's a good holder with a small footprint so it doesn't take up a ton of counter space.

The hooks are a little too curled, making it difficult to get the cups out easily. It solid and well made, but for the fact for me, at least, the hooks are curled a little too much.

Gotta be careful to keep it balanced when you take a cup off the rack, or it will topple and likely break the remaining cups on a hard countertop. Not a fault of the product, its a physics thing. Otherwise, all OK.

I needed a mug tree for my business. I had purchased nice glass mugs because I didn't want to use styrofoam anymore. However, I had no convienent place to store the mugs & have them handy for clients. To find a mug tree nowadays was hard! In the 70's they were everywhere. Finally, I went online & was pleased to find such a choice. This one is very nice looking, I could've used a smller on with only 4 hooks if they had one, but that's ok. It looks nice on my counter. If one side is emptied of mugs, however, it could tip. I just make sure that doesn't happen!
