The wheels would have 5 stars, except for defective parts.

So, the instructions could have been clearer (a little). But the main problem I encountered was that 1 of the U brackets, was defective. It was literally missing the threads on one of the ends. And as a result the nuts couldn't be threaded onto it. I was able to go to Lowes and buy a substitute U Bracket that fixed it. I could of returned it, but the whole point was to get the wheels. And I've ordered another 2 sets for some other goals. So if they improved their QA it would have been 5 stars.
