A bad product.
This was advertised as a superior premium lead core line. The first time in the water hooked a medium size trout. I got the fish to the surface and the line broke. Lost fish flasher and lure. My friend used other new line and when he reeled in his line the lead had separated in different places near the terminal tackle. I would not recommend this line to anyone.

Good stuff
I’ve caught multiple 18+ pound lakers with with stuff holds up great and give you consistent depth. I will say the line kinks after one year of use and you will probably need to replace it if you fish a lot.

Garbage! Don't waste your money!
This crap breaks with a very slight pull! I was able to pull it apart in my bare hands like it's 2-4# mono! what a waste of money!

Good line with one fault
Fished lead core for 7 years and tried all kinds. This is the best yet as far as depth, weight, strength, and reel capacity goes. Does what the manufacture says. The negitive.... The braid is strong but very thin. As the line stretches the lead is forced out between the braid causing bubbles in the line after reeling in a few heavy fish. The lead then starts to break out of the braid making a mess of the reel. A little expensive to replace every two weeks. But I will keep one reel loaded with this.

The new Standard.
This is the new standard. Anyone can wrap up lead ore around a tree, have their drag set too tight, break line (and probably rod), but that is an operator problem, period. Have hit my share of trees with this line and lost my leader but the LC is still going strong on this my fourth year using (abusing?) it. A bit harder to rig since the sheath bonds to the lead more than traditional LC but I can get 12" of the lead out to tie to backing and/or barrel swivel in under a minute. I get one year of conventional 18lb LC before it fades and lead starts penetrating the sheath and my 4th year on "advanced LC" so its is cheaper in the long run as well. Yesterday I was fishing at 22' with a buddy and he had 110' out to my 79' and we were the same depth. A "no brainer" in my view.
