Had to sand a little
Like the product but I would suggest dry fitting 2 in drain pipe before gluing, might have to do a little bit of sanding on pipe to get it to go all the way in

Cant remove fittings without cutting if you want them the other way.
All good, except if you have a side drain instead of center drain, you cant just unscrew the fittings you have to cut them out, flip box, then cut new slots to slide the fittings back in. In ding this, you lose two tabs for the outer trim ring to lock on. So if this is what you need to do, cut the slots at an angle to preserve the little nub tabs for the trim ring.

This was easy to install and looks good! Follow the instructions to change from drain in middle to drain on left super simple.

I like this product very much, it is exactly what I wanted. The valves are very nice, they open and close at a quarter turn, so there is no chance of dripping. The box mounts to a wall-stud on either the left or right side. Since I had and open wall I added a second stud. If you do not want to add a second stud, then secure one side to a stud, and the other side to your sheet rock. However the box has to fastening straps, so it is preferred to mount this between two studs. The water lines are 1" and I used PEX push-on very easy. The drain line is 2" PVC.

Replacement for existing
Replaced an old box that basically fell apart when the plastic becomes brittle ... Wish they made one out of metal or something more sturdy .

Item not as pictured but ok
The item is pictured with the drain on the right side but it arrives with the drain in the center. The part can be reconfigured but it is a timely and frustrating job. Other than the mentioned issue it is what you would expect.

The wing pieces were a little too flimsy and short for proper spacing between studs

Clean and efficient
The product is fine for a 2 x 4 wall installation. However, not for a 2 x 3 wall. And, there were no instructions on how to reconfigure the unit. One probably needs special tools to remove the valves and change the config. Excellent valves however. Works fine as we adjusted our wall.
