Strong adhesive, durable through movement

The tape is easy to cut to the needed shape and size. Application is smooth and the adhesive can hold for days even after showering. The tape is durable and does not fray at the ends as much as other tapes. I would buy this again.

The only Kinesiology Tape worth buying!

As long as you know how to stretch properly this is the best Kinesiology tape you can buy! It lasts for over a week even if you swim with it 2-3 times a week and shower with it! Helps with pain. Do not heat the tape, this will only tighten it more!! To activate just run once it’s on. Stretch only as far as needed. Please take a taping class or ask for help from a professional before use as to prevent further injury. If used correctly this is amazing!

Better than I thought it would be

I have used the "K" brand in the past and thought that I would give TheraBand a chance because of the price difference. The TheraBand is actually a little better than the gold "fingerprint tape" of their competitor. My only complaint is the major measurement markings on the back of the tape are not in 1 inch units.

Great product

My physical therapist recommended this for a chronic tendonitis in my butt that causes tightness in the hamstring. This is the brand that she uses. It is very effective for relieving pain caused by bending and sitting. It lasts 3-5 days for me. I found that it sticks better if I round the edges. Also, before I apply it to clean skin, I rub my skin with a dry towel to remove any residue. It will be wet after showering so I use a cool hairdryer which helps somewhat.

Trusty sports tape

Perfect stretch guide, and sensitive adhesive that's both strong and skin safe. I love how easy it peals of with oil bit repells water and sweat.

Really enjoy this tape - use it all the time for ...

Really enjoy this tape - use it all the time for training runs and races. I like the flesh coloring so it doesn't stick out so much that you are taped up and doesn't look weird in any race photos. I can easily get two days use out of the tape provided the edges don't get hung up on your clothes when your are dressing. If I'm traveling to a race I'll precut my strips to take along so I don't have to take the whole roll with me. Will be ordering more when I start of run out of the tape.
