So very heavy

I thought I was ordering a brand of coffee mug I love (tree free), just a different pattern on the outside. Nothing wrong with it, it's just very heavy which is great if you need sturdy. It's not what I had wanted, but it is what I ordered so I kept it. I don't use it though. It's just too heavy for a relaxed morning.

Nice, big mug, but chips or cracks too easily

I bought four of these large mugs about two months ago, and, sad to say, I've already retired three of them from use as drinking mugs, due to cracks or chips that developed on the inside of the mugs within a few weeks. The chips seemed to develop out of nowhere, without having been dropped or knocked. (The cracks, not sure.) It's hard to find stable, attractive, and comfortable 20 oz mugs, but it looks like I'll have to pay much more to get ones that will last.

Great mugs, durable, very useful.

I bought a bunch of these mugs around Christmas time. More than half a year later they've held up great. I've washed them always in the dishwasher and I haven't seen any fade. The mugs are super giant, you'll be shocked when your large coffee doesn't even make it up to the half way mark in this mug! The mug is also great for soup!
