I love this pan. It is sturdy and I'm sure it will last for years. I did purchase a silicone baking sheet to use with it. I will order another pan like this in a larger size.

I've been cheating myself my entire life.

These pans are INCREDIBLE. Tired of cooking spray, pans that warp or pop in the oven, the cost of aluminum foil if you try to save the pan from stains, etc? Stop Looking!!! No foil needed. No spray needed. Super easy clean up. The coating on these is like buttah! I'm 63 years old. It makes me sick to think of the money I've spent over the decades when I could have, should have, just made the investment waaay back in the day. The pros are doing it right. They're spending a bit more upfront and saving tons over the ensuing decades. Do yourself a favor. Get these pans. And get silicone liners as well. You don’t need them but you will LOVE them. Another wonderful thing I finally gave myself!!!!!

Great Baking Pan and Rack

I use this pan a lot. Chief selling points: 1) Made in USA, family-owned company. 2) Slightly larger (about 10 x 14) than a standard quarter-sheet baking pan (9 x 13). 3) Silicone coating for easier clean-up. 4) Custom-fit, grid-style, silicone-coated baking-cooling rack. 5) Ribbed bottom, which works well at draining away fat. 6) Affordability. This baking pan is aluminum-coated stainless steel so it is heavier and sturdier that an all-aluminum one. In my experience, it does develop patina (stainage) from usage but there are products & home remedies out there if you must have your pan sparkly silver at all times. It doesn't matter to me. I was glad to finally discard my all-aluminum, made-in-Chin@ Martha Stewart pan which served me well but was getting tough to clean. It was also developing a metallic odor when using. I highly recommend this product made in America by USA Pan®, Pittsburgh, PA. (usapan dot com)

Would buy another one!

We are very happy with this. We have used this a number of times since it arrived and it is sturdy, easy to clean (we hand wash it) and fits our small oven. It roasts vegetables nicely and I never thought the rack/grill would come in handy but we have used it for chicken strips, calamari and breakfast sausages so far. I would definitely recommend it and I would buy it again!

More solid than I was expecting.

I haven’t used it enough to comment on heat distribution or cleaning as yet. The pan fit exactly where I wanted to use it. I bought an extra large convection toaster oven and wanted something that used its dimensions well and still allowed for good circulation of heat and air. This is perfect. It is also heavier than I was expecting so I believe heat distribution will not be a problem. So far no warping or distorting in the oven.
