Works for me!

I recently bought another home that had solar panels already installed. What it also came with was a flock of pigeons (10+) residing under them. Needless to say the amount of pigeon poop on the roof, clogging the gutters & falling down all around the house was disgusting. So I needed to fix it fast. I did numerous Google searches for solutions. Not very helpful. Just a bunch of ads for solar cleaning. Came across a YouTube video & saw what the fix is. Came to Amazon & ordered this. It was the cheapest, admittedly. But I have a 28 panel system & I was going to need a lot of linear footage but didn’t have a bunch of money leftover after the home purchase. Not only was this simple to install (even on wavy cement tiles), but it really worked. The pigeons returned after installation & circled the panels for a day. Then they disappeared! No more early morning scratching on the roof, no more cooing and no more poop. People have said this stuff is to flimsy & won’t keep out critters. If you install it right, nothing can get under it. The only question is how long will it hold up to the element year over year. But aside from that, I’d buy this stuff 10x over!

Easy DIY! Save your money from expensive contractors.

I have 10 5x3ft solar panels that are 4 inches high. Easy to do by yourself! Clean the bird poop, nest, debris. I cut the mesh into 5ft lengths. Easier to work with. Watched a bunch of YouTube videos & got 5 quotes which were $750-$1,000 to do. I completed this job on my house in 2 hrs.

This was by far cheaper than hiring a company to install. Its was fairly easy as is holding up so far.

It rusts!

I started putting this around the bottom of a fence to keep rabbits out of my yard. I did it over the course of a few days. When I went out to finish the job, the mesh was already rusting on the top-most edge at the point where the vertical part of the wire mesh met the horizontal piece of wire. I like the product other than that, but I am annoyed because I bought this product specifically because it said it didn't rust. Now I am wondering how long it will hold up.

Adios pigeons

This product was exactly as advertised. I hate pigeons and when they started nesting under the solar panels on my shop I was concerned about the damage they would cause to my investment. The product looks exactly like those installed by “pros”. It is good quality and came with plenty of hardware to install. I will be buying 2 more kits to do the panels on my home. I am very happy thinking about denying those flying rats a home on my buildings.

some of the discs are malformed

installation was easy and relatively painless. worst part was being on the roof. the clips work well, and the only issue is that some of the discs that hold the mesh against the panels were malformed and when the j-hooks went through, they would just slide about. there were plenty in the bag so the malformed ones were discarded and there was still plenty to actually complete the job, but it was annoying none the less. maybe 1 in 4 were bad.

Very easy to install

We needed to block the space between our fence and the ground to make sure our little beagle does not run away. It is a perfect "fence extension" solid and easy to install.
