Beautiful, very non-stick, where's very well if treated properly, and should last a long time

I've had this pan for a couple of months now. I use it to cook with practically every few days. I cooked fried eggs, scrambled eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches, fish, shrimp, scallops, and a few different kinds of vegetables. I generally use olive oil or butter when I'm cooking. I have had zero experiences with anything sticking to the pan or even thinking about it. I do not wash it with anything but a sponge and it comes out nice and clean. I do not use it in high heat situations. I do not use any metal on the surface, of course, what idiot would. This is a very well made and heavyweight Teflon pan and it should last me a while. I have gone through much less expensive Teflon pans that have cost around 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of this one and have been nothing but disappointed in those other pans. I have yet to be disappointed in this one and have not even had one experience to make me question that the non-stick surface is beginning to wear. It looks just as nice as it did when I first bought it except the bottom is beginning to show some staining as you would expect. I would definitely buy the pan again.

Love Viking Pans

This skillets non stick finish is durable and easy to clean. It distributes tje heat evenly. And yye handle makes the pan easy to control while staying cool longer than the handles on my All Clad skillet and pans.

holds heat. holds heat^ still holding heat. thick, good material selection and non stick is incredible! price, everything in america is inflated. blame the sellers. worth it if you cook a Half ton or more. easy clean. even cooking. even cooling. no wobble.

Great Pan Despite Dorks

Great pan when used correctly. The rest of the dorks in my family thinks cooking on volcanic high heat is the way to go. Therefore it’s discolored. But fortunately the seasoning I did when I first got it has saved the nonstick surface, except when one of the dorks decided a chopping knife is like a spatula. Also purchased the 8” pan. Still in great shape. No problems with tipping as I’ve seen in other reviews.

Great all purpose pan.

I absolutely love the pan. Handle is very comfortable and cooks beautifully. I replaced Calphalon pan that after 3 mths of use looked like it had been around for 40 years. Will definitely purchase additional pieces.

Best pan for quick release of eggs and omelette s yet browns your meat easy clean up

My sausage come out crisp and brown yet my sunny side up eggs come out perfectly white and yellow without a trace of brown. I use all high end cookware and have invested in many of their ceramic frypans who claim are designed to cook and release eggs and omelette but this pan has absolutely none,yet my bacon, sausage and meats still come out brown. My eggs come out the way I like and don't stick. Couldn't afford the 5 ply but completely pleased with the 3 plus performance. You won't be disappointed. Takes a whopping 15 seconds to clean this pan thoroughly. I did follow the seasonings instructions before using.

This undoubtedly one of if not the best fry pan I’ve worked with! It’s sturdy , easy to clean , and conducts heat quite evenly! I also love the weight and balance this pan has. The handle is first class and for me it never heats up. Great purchase! Considering another Viking cookware purchase soon.
