Exactly what you need

Bought these for two specific events: 1) The NHRA Drag Races in Pomona CA and 2) For several scheduled firearms training sessions. It is a bonus to be able to communicate almost normally while having hearing protection when needed. Especially important during firearms training sessions to be able to hear the instructors. Volume range is good. After wearing for about an hour the physical comfort level begins to drop. Guess I am not used to having my head squeezed quite so much. One complaint: the instructions are printed in truly microscopic print and essentially useless...as is the warranty registration form. It would appear Walker does not consider either very important. Wonder why?

These work great

These work great at cutting out the peak noise of gunshots. I love being able to hear other people at the range and skeet shooting without having to take off the ear protection. The only complaint is the more electric unnatural speaker sound of what you hear. Also it is hard to hear if there is lots of wind.

Comfortable, light weight, low profile, good looks and work exactly as described. Communicating without taking your ear protection off at a range without yelling is awesome. If you have ever taken off or removed ear protection to hear someone during a lull in firing, just to have that exact moment ruined with a unexpected firing...you will know the value of these ear defenders. You can hear everything that is quiet and protected from anything harmful.
