Very nice but hose is to short

Very nice and easy to install. Beware tho. You will need to buy a flex ductwork for the dryer exhaust. The one that come with is way to short.

Received the wrong one

I ordered the white kit, received chrome. Not sure what to else to say here. The flex hose is also really short.

Should work with 3" walls

Used with Splendide WD2100XC Worked well. I used a hole saw made my hole installed the black tube and cut off the extra so that way I could get the washer/dryer in just a inch farther. Looks like factory,

Hose too short. Rattles during spin cycle.

Hose is too short to travel from the dryer outlet to mounting floor level with 2 90° bends. It might be able to stretch this length if installed in place (maybe) but I needed a few extra inches because hookups have to be done before sliding the unit back into a cabinet. Also, the spledide WD2100XC inhales and exhales slightly during the spin cycle, making this flapper rattle open/closed in cadence. I've verified it's not simply vibration. The slightest imbalance during the spin cycle makes the wd internals pump air so you can feel pulses at the dryer vent. The flapper should probably close against a rubber o-ring to deaden the noise if it is meant to be used with the splendide wd.
