Very poor design

The article arrived in really bad shape but the box was intact so it was damaged before it was packaged and delivered. I received crushed and stained. The fit is just really bad. Size proportions are messed up, the right side of the fabric it's bigger than the left side that makes it fit crooked in my head, just awful. Sorry I'm asking for a refund. The hat is terrible.
