It’s Okay

I like the large capacity, it’s not like my Mom’s. Her blades are much more precise, the screen seems heavier gauge and higher quality steel. It’s rusty on the outside, but it mounds the flour into little puffy clouds on her butcher block table. I only used this one once... it will make sure there’s no lumps.

Stainless Sifter

I bought this to replace mine that I have had for forty years. Mine is a bit rusted however, it does a MUCH better job sifting than the Winware sifter I purchased. The spinner that turns inside the sifter does not come close enough to the wire mesh to force the dry ingredients through. Not very pleased with this product.

Alignment is off

The size is great but the rotary does not work as well as my smaller similar sifter. With the large shifter, only the bottom rotary touches the base. With the smaller version there are three touch-points so it shifts a wider area.

Winware 8 cup rotary sifter

This is the best rotary sifter, this is whwt professional pastry chefs use. I would highly recommend this to any home baker.
