Gorgeous, modern and classy door hardware

Gorgeous! Much better than what I could find at home improvement stores. Even my contractor noted how great they were and he wants to put them on his spec homes now. Very solid and quality made.

Best door hardware ever

After buying Baldwin hardware for my front door, I changed all 11 doors to Baldwin Spyglass model. This is the best hardware I have had and this is my 35th residence over the last 60 years,

Nice looking

The design is good and the lever sets are easy to install. The quality control is not perfect though. I replaced every Lever Set in my new home with these. One box of 5 levers was rattling when delivered. I found 2 boxes that looked like they had been returned. The packing was missing and all of the parts were loose in the boxes. The finish was scratched badly on two of the lever handles and the roses. I was able to use them by putting them on the inside of a pantry door and an attic door. I installed 21 total and had issues with only 2.

Good quality easy to install.

These handles feel solid in my hand and appear to be very high quality in my option. I've replaced all of my interior and exterior with Baldwin Spyglass hardware. I am very happy with the results. Installation was really easy and fast. One small tip, you have to push the door latch in to allow the handle to connect through the door completely, took me a few minutes to figure that out.

Nice looking doorknob, easy to install for retrofit

I used this to replace standard circular knobs. I prefer these lever type knobs as they're easier to open and get a grip on. Previously, I tried to use a cheaper knob with hidden screws, but the hidden screws made the mounting more complicated and I would have to drill new holes in the door just to mount the knob. These knobs, on the other hand, while they have exposed screws on the locking side, it makes installation much easier, and the lever hides one of the screws anyway - so I think it's a reasonable trade-off. I ended up returning the cheaper knob and bought two of these. Worth the price. Also, these seem to be pretty sturdy and are made in Taiwan.

High quality, great value.

Opening and closing the door you will feel the quality. Operation is smooth and it almost feels like a commercial lever. The box weighs 2 lb. 13.8 oz, ...so that tells you something. The lever looks great too, and it's an excellent value. You get more than you pay for in this case. (compared to Big Box) My husband installed 4 of these in our house and he said they were easy to install. My husband has now installed 4 of these and reports that they were a breeze to install and he had zero issues with any of them. You just can't go wrong.
