Lid came unhinged when opened

Looks great, holds a lot. However, upon opening the lid for the first time it came right off. I'm going to try to repair it myself, but I was really disappointed.

Not As Shown

This product is not as advertised. Yes, I like the shape and inner space. However, it's not wicker so it's not as sturdy as wicker and the black looks very dull. I almost couldn't tell if it was charcoal/black or deep mahogany/black. Therefore, it's overpriced. I'm disappointed. As soon as I opened it, it shed little paper-mache-like flakes on the floor. I'm going to research if it can be painted a deeper black before making an effort to have it returned as is. Because I asked for it as a gift, I appreciate the sender but I also don't want them ripped off.

Just “ok”

I wanted to like this more than I do. And I don’t horribly dislike it… it’s just “ok.” I think it could be that black isn’t typically a wicker color and makes it look a bit cheap, or makes one wonder “why is this wicker?” It’s very lightweight, hold lots of blankets/sheets/whatever you want to stuff in there, and could somewhat function as a coffee table (though I wouldn’t put a delicate glass on the top of this as it’s a bit bumpy). I do feel that it is incredibly overpriced and not anywhere near the several hundred dollar price tag. I would pay maybe $50-$75 for this quality.

Lightweight and sturdy at the same time. Holds a ton. Looks great. Love it.

I love this thing. It’s a tad overpriced, but pretty large, looks nice, and works great. I also love that it comes fully assembled, so it’s ready to go right away. The inside is fabric lined in beige/ off-white fabric. The inside holds a good amount of stuff. I’ve used for miscellaneous junk, toys, and even as a hamper. It’s very versatile and lightweight enough that you can move it around to different areas of the house as you organize and redecorate or need it for different stuff. Overall I’d recommend them.

not wicker at all-- Wicker Storage Chest with Liner

SO this isn't wicker at all, it's almost like paper. The plus side is that it is SUPER light and easy to put together. IT's a good size, rather large actually, and it looks nice- kinda?. If you want wicker--this is not it. They should really not call it wicker in the title . It’s fine but I wouldn’t recommend it. I can’t really figure how durable it is and it seems overpriced. The best uses for this would be a blanket chest- I can’t see using it as a coffee table as the paper might soak up any spills. I wonder if maybe the natural color version is made of something different than the black.
