Ordered for a 2004 Ford F250. It all looked good until you see that the plug on the truck and the plug on the adapter are both male. Will not work. Not sure why they do not include a reversing adapter.

Did not fit my 2003 6.0 f250

I did not see anywhere on the product listing that showed what year model this was for. Your oem rectangular outlet this plugs into won’t line up to a 2002-2004. Shipping was slow and I couldn’t find what I needed on Amazon. Had to buy the right part on etrailer.com

Economical replacement for Ford Part # yc3z-13a576-ca

I used this to replace the weather beaten OEM harness on my 20 year old F-250. Ford part is discontinued and $200 if you can find it. This has the all important Ford wiring harness plug that is very hard to find otherwise. It's no lesser quality than the OEM part. I paired it with a Hopkins 40975 4 & 7 pin plug which is a more modern arrangement than the primative Ford OEM yc3z-13a576-ca plug which I never really liked very much. All of this is plug n play so no splicing necessary.
