Home/shop size plasma cutter from an industrial level company.
Overall this is a great home-shop size unit, and I think perhaps is the smallest cutter Lincoln Electric makes as of right now. Most of what they specialize in is industrial grade cutting and welding equipment, so this is the first cutter I've seen from them of this size. And as of right now there's not much in the way of specs on this product page to go off of to decide if this cutter has what you're looking for. So after getting it in hand, working with it and doing some research on the specs, here's what I was able to find out. Weight: Weighing in at only 21 lbs, this cutter is one of the lightest I've used. The next lightest I've worked with is a Forney, which was about 22 lbs. Everything else was 26 lbs+. So if you're looking for ultra portable, this is one of the lighter options out there. However being light weight doesn't mean Lincoln skimped on build quality. Nothing about this feels "cheap". It runs well and feels solid, despite weighing several pounds less than many of its counterparts. Cutting: This model is designed for cutting through sheet metal at about 1/8 in thickness, and will max out at 1/4 in. I started with sheets at the recommended 1/8 size and the arc went though cleanly without much (if any) dross left behind. Works well, no complaints. It was easy to get the hang of the speed needed for a clean cut. Power: This runs on 115V and is not dual voltage (no 220). It has a 20 Amp maximum output. Features: -The unit is fan cooled and has between a 40 and 50% duty cycle depending on the setting being used. -There is a built air pressure regulator. -They've included a 9 1/2 ft cutting assembly. Cable itself is 8 ft. - Designed to be used with compressed air at a setting of 65 PSI @ 3.5 CFM. And finally the warranty information I was able to find for Lincoln shows that they warranty their plasma cutting machines for 3 years. They do also offer an extended warranty option on their company site.

Excellent Plasma Cutter
I’ve been thinking about purchasing a plasma cutter for a while, so when I saw this one, I jumped at the opportunity to get it and test it. Of course, I had lots of things happen in life soon after I got it, and I’m just now getting around to using it. I am super impressed with this tool. I’m not so impressed with my cutting technique, though. I wasn’t positioning myself to properly watch the full cut in the metal, and I left two small strands still attached. Totally my fault. This plasma torch cuts through the 1/8” steel I was using without a problem. It also is a nice, fine cut. It could easily cut through much heavier steel, although, at a slower pace. Amazon Vine sent this product to me for an honest unbiased review. Would I recommend it? Yes, absolutely. They only problems I had with this machine were of my own making.

Terrific addition to the workshop
Between the workshop and the garage, there's pretty much a tool for everything. I got this Lincoln Electric Plasma Cutter thinking we didn't have one. As it turns out, we did have one, but it doesn't even compare to this one. I'll be honest, I know almost nothing about using this thing. I know what it's supposed to do, but if you're looking at plasma cutters, you already know that. Son #1 uses it more than anyone else - yes, he's fully grown and knows proper tool safety. Anyway, he says this is one of the best plasma cutters he's used and between home and work, he's used a fair few of them. He says this one has the power you need for most jobs, and the quality is very good. To sum it up, he says you get what you pay for and in this case, this is worth every penny.

Quality tools
Like most Lincoln products, this one doesn't disappoint. This can easily cut metal as expected. I have no doubt that this will last, but it has limited uses unless you need to cut often.

High quality touch less plasma cutter
This is a 115 volt l, touch less plasma cutter that’s rated at 20 amps. Since it hasn’t a gauge I’m not sure what it’s producing, but turned up it cuts 1/4” plate with ease with 65 psi. Very low dross. So I can say in a practical sense it does performs like my cheapo 50 amp machine. As a higher price point machine you get rugged construction and high quality gun with an almost 10 foot hose. Great for automotive work, I cut out some rusted areas on my old trucks rocker panels much quicker, easier and maybe arguably cleaner than an air cutter—certainly safer than a death wheel. This machine is more expensive than many machines out there but with the extra price you get an extra quality plasma cutter.

Great add to the garage
I've turned my garage into the men's shop for repairing everything-anything. This metal cutter is a great tool. You might not think you ever need to cut metal until you need to cut one! I am now prepared.

Nice but, haven't used it yet.
I want to give an honest opinion as soon as I try it out, but for now it looks like a good tool to have in the inventory. The quality is definitely there!

Works exactly as it should!
This is a beast. I love it. Way more power than my old Plasma and, so far, it is an absolute home-run. I have found absolutely nothing to complain about in the first two weeks. Definitely recommended.
