This cooler appears to be made pretty well and is the perfect size for the seat back of my kayak.

Great addition for a Pelican kayak

I bought this to use for additional drinks/snacks on a two day river trip. I have a rebel 100xr which came with a pelican ergocast SB seat. It comfortably fit on the seat back using the included bungee cables, but I did loop the back strap of the seat through the loops on the cooler to secure it even more. It kept my drinks surprisingly cold throughout my trip. It did get damp from the melted ice on the inside but i'd expect that out of any softshell cooler. The extra pockets were great for a few fishing/paddling extras i normally keep around the seat. Overall, it's an excellent little cooler to help save space on the water. So long as you have a proper "lawnchair" style seat on your kayak it should fit nearly any brand.

Perfect for attaching behind kayak seat

I used this to attach behind my kayak seat to conserve space, and not have a cooler in the way while fishing. It attaches great with all the webbing options, and actually kept my waters cool all day without any ice. The waters were right out of the fridge, and not frozen when putting them in the cooler. It assures me when adding ice the insulation will be great. Thumbs up from me.

Excellent for Costco/ grocery runs to get more use from this when you're not always on a boat

I honestly grabbed this for the slim profile because it's worked out perfect for grabbing meat trays from getting groceries or deli platters from Costco on my bi-weekly run. Initially I did have concerns with the condensation build up inside the liner, as I would see a bit of water collecting. I thought it was leaking, but it was just condensation that would evaporate through the outer shell, so yes, it's breathable and still water proof from outside in! It holds a slim refreezable ice pack along with a couple of drinks and sandwiches or a small tray of rolls. The best size for day travel and trips for a few hours. Another great Pelican product in the soft sided category.

Great for SUP boards too - does not leak when flat

I got this because my old soft side cooler began leaking and was just a pain to lug around & try to attach to my SUP board - bigger than I needed. This bag had decent reviews and the sturdier slim rectangle shape that I was looking for. It is nicely made from quality materials and with nice tight seaming. I really like the external pockets are useable for koozies and bottle openers - anything that's mostly flat. The cooler compartment is deep enough to hold bottles of beet upright with about 3" of space to spare. It will hold 10 bottles of beer, 15-18 cans (more if the slim cans) - with room for ice too. It is really waterproof - does not leak at all and it keeps ice all day while we are on the lake in 95-100 degree heat. The bottom has non-skid material so it stays put wherever you put it. It has a shoulder strap and bungees to attach it to a kayak seat. I use it on my SUP board laying flat and it does not leak thru the zipper. I also use flat freezer packs vs. ice which last longer and for sure wont leak. This cooler is definitely a welcome addition to our gear.

Great for an afternoon out on the lake.

This cooler is perfect for when we take out our paddle boards to the lake. We go out for the afternoon and paddle out to a sandbar and relax for a few hours. I'm able to get a few drinks, snacks and such in this and it keeps everything cool. The shape of the cooler let it sit well behind me so it doesn't cause issue with balance and I'm able to strap it down. Very pleased with it!

Cold One

Filled it up to the brim with ice. Used about 1/4 of the ice after 24 hours at least half the ice was still left. Did not leak but make sure you zip it all the way.
