Almost a great product…(edited)

A dude I work with told me about these and I wanted to give it a shot, but he did warn me the plastic ones don’t last long, so I bought the stainless steel one and it is not great. It works ok enough, but the overall quality of material is not designed to handle the temperatures, either to reduce material cost or this just wasn’t thought of. After about only 8 uses or so, the bottom started to bulge out and it wobbles around no when I set it on a flat surface, not the end of the world, just annoying. The second big thing is, well it took this happening 3 times and me fiddling with it to figure it out, but the ice is freezing and pushing the lid threading up and away from the most exterior container and when I pour the coffee out the ice pushing up the lid created a gap, so a bunch of the water that melted pours into my cup with my coffee, completing defeating the purpose of this product… so yeah I’m pretty disappointed since in total I’ve use it maybe 15 times and it’s already heavily worn down. The first 5-6 or so uses were perfect, I had no issue at all. So this leads me to believe it is cheap materials. Was worth a shot, but I can’t honestly recommend this product. Edit: So I still kept trying to use this thing and the bottom kept blushing out further and further, so I gave in and gave it a couple hits with a hammer, and gave it a little bit more of an indent, and for whatever reason that was the fix for me. Took a little effort to “fix the product” but it is a good product now.

Works great annoying to wash

It’s reliable and works great although has a small capacity just enough for a regular sized can. Very annoying to wash as instructions say to rinse out after use through the same ports you fill it from so you can’t really ever get a good clean unless you take it apart and fill it up again and wait for it to freeze all over. If you don’t mind rinsing out since u use the same drink everytime you can also do that and get away with it for a while without issues. I’ve heard some people say it leaks since it lacks a rubber o-ring with the plastic on plastic seal although I haven’t had any issues.

Boiling to cold in 60seconds

I bought the Hyper Chiller, that promises to chill hot beverages in less than 60 seconds. As someone who loves fresh brewed iced tea but hates waiting for it to cool down, I was excited to give it a try. To use the Hyper Chiller, you simply pour your hot beverage into the container and give it a swirl about every 20 seconds. That's it. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the Hyper Chiller worked. In less than a minute, my fresh-brewed hot tea was iced tea. And despite the rapid cooling, the container didn't dilute my tea or change the flavor in any way. The only downside to the Hyper Chiller is that it holds just 12.5 ounces, which is fine for a cup of coffee or tea, but might not be enough if you're looking to chill a larger drink. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hyper Chiller to anyone who loves hot beverages but hates waiting for them to cool down. It's a game-changer for anyone who wants their coffee or tea to be the perfect temperature right from the start.

I love it BUT...

It only lasts a few months with daily use. Mine always cracks down the middle where the logo is etched in. I'm still giving 4 stars because I literally use it every single day. Just wish it lasted a little longer, these are not supposed to be disposable. I'm on my 3rd one in a year!

If you love ice coffee and have a Nespresso machine this is a must have. Works great and chills you coffee in under a minute.

Work great

I've been using this for 3 months daily and love it. It works as advertised and cools hot coffee in less than a minute. Maybe a handle or something could make it better to be able to swirl it around easier but still works great. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy fresh iced coffee.

Once you get it sat up it’s great

Took me a couple time to set it up correctly. I was filling both stainless containers to the max line but the next day after putting it in the freezer the top was popped off. So what I was doing wrong was not pouring the water from the larger stainless container into the plastic container. Once I sat it up correctly it is super simple to use.

Good enough but

It did not take 60 seconds to chill my hot tea. It was like putting my tea in a cup over a ton of ice cubes. Same effect. Like 5-7 minutes or so and it was cold. Not a minute!

Perfect for Iced Coffees

Purchased this to make iced coffees at home. We usually brew Nespresso coffee (230ml or 7.77oz) cup, let cool a few minutes and then pour into the Hyperchiller. It does advertise that the coffee and be brewed directly into the cup, however, we have not tried this as several other reviews have mentioned a problem with cracking. The coffee gets poured into the chamber from the top. Works best to swirl around a bit and cools within minutes. We give it a rinse and wipe dry and pop it back into the freezer till next time. It was a gift purchase - not sure if I would usually justify spending this amount on a cup. It does speed up the chilling process and eliminates watered down coffee. We have been using this cup for 2 months without any cracking issues. It is also great for chilling other beverages, although pop is not as fizzy after pouring into this cup and then back into another cup for drinking.

Great for instant iced coffee

I saw this on Tasty and was instantly like wait I like iced coffee, I want this. I was hesitant because of the cost but I decided to buy it anyways. I have had iced coffee for the last two days and it works great. Before I was making coffee then putting it in the freezer and waiting an eternity and then still using a bunch of ice cubes which would dilute the coffee and it was never a win. It is super easy to set up and clean. I just leave it in the freezer so it's ready for the next day.
