Works, but arrived damaged (see picture). Not what I would expect from Winco

I'm not sure if this is a knock off, arrived damaged or is just poorly manufactured. However, the handle is bent and does have a fluid up and down motion as a result. You can also see the metal is bent at the hinger. Box it arrived in seemed fine. It works, but I would have opted for a nice unit. I have always had great luck with Winco products in the past :(

Smaller than expected, 4-inch measurement included the rim which is part of the handle.

I expected this ricer to be a bit larger, but apparently the measurements of the cup included the rim. It's not as sturdy as the old beat-up one that I got from my mom, and only time will tell if it will be as durable. Apparently the measurements for the cup included the rim, so it was smaller than I expected, and will take longer to process food as the bigger cup. If you're looking to replace Grandma's old beat-up ricer, the photo shows you how it compares to this smaller version..
