It works great I just have one it gets used at night when I plug in my box fun it truns on and off when feit electric app or Alexa when I ask this The only flaw I have and you know with everything it shut off and I had Reprogram it's great plug

It took some time to figure out how to set this up. Instructions could be clearer. But I got it to work. Beware it only works on a 2.4GHz network.

Did not receive a new unit.

I use Feit Electric Smart bulbs on the lower 2 floors of our townhouse. They are all controlled via the Feit app. Works excellent as I love the convenience and control at my fingertips from any part of the house, and so I decided to up the experience and wanted to try using their Smart Plug for some applications in the entertainment room. So I placed an order for one, and was under the impression that I would be receiving a brand new item. Lo and behold, the one that came looked used and repacked (as if a return); the box was somewhat crushed (however, I could have accepted that because I understand that that can happen during shipment) but this was obviously opened (from the bottom as well as the top)... even the clear sticker that covers the outlet was dirty, and had bubbles like it was removed and then stuck it back on later. I went right up and set up a return/replacement after taking photos. This all occurred within 10 minutes of picking up the delivery from the door. Very disappointing. I hope the unit they send will be a new-in-box. Disclaimer: I will have to place a star-rating in order to submit this “review”, but I should add that the star-rating should not reflect on the Feit brand as I have not actually setup and used the unit yet. This was a failure of the seller and not Feit.

I have some other Feit wifi products and this works as good as those. All from the same app. I have added the devices to google home as well, but I find the Feit app to work fine.

Perfect only reason not giving 5 stars is due to the fact it's "Alexa compatible" but will not sync with my Alexa not sure why , but I've tried everything.

The "on" light is so friggin bright. Pretty annoying when you're in a dark room trying to hide from Chuck Norris.

Bought 2 units and neither on could connect to wifi. I connected 2 Feit dimmer switches without any problem, but the 2 smart plugs will not connect.
