Skin prep is key

I got this for taping my gymnast daughter’s legs when she started getting shin splints. I thought I did good skin prep (with rubbing alcohol), and rounded the edges of the tape well, but it started peeling up during sleep every time. I plan on getting some of the skin prep spray we use at work to bring home. It is important to watch YouTube videos for proper placement of the tape

Great for my wrestler

I have a wrestler that suffered from many rib injuries. Thanks to this tape and a good chiropractor he has been on top of his game. Tape lasted and kept his ribs stable and able to compete.

This Is Not The Same As Single Rolls

I have purchased this item 3 times as a single roll and found it to be the best kinesiology tape out there (I've tried several). I use it for my hands and wrists. I decided I would save some money by buying a 6 pack. This tape is different than what I had purchased as a single roll. As soon as I opened it I could see that the texture and feel is different. It is terrible and does not stay in place. Don't waste your money. AND, it is NOT returnable. Very disappointed. I should have read the other reviews.

DOES NOT STICK, FAKE?

picked up a single box/roll to try and really liked it so ordered this 6 pack. have tried 1 roll of the 6 pack now that the first one I bought is gone and this roll from the 6 pack is not sticking as well/at all. doesn't even stay on for 24hrs where the other roll stuck for days and hurt to peel off when I finally decided to take it off. I use it in 1 spot only (my shoulder), and apply the same way each time. the ONLY difference was buying this 6pk and its garbage. of course I only got to using it once the return window for amazon was closed too.

Doesn’t stick and they don’t accept returns. Do not buy

I’ve gone through an entire roll and this will not stick. Fresh out the shower. Prepping the entire area with rubbing alcohol. Completely dry. The second you start sweating it’s gone. Peeling. So mad they don’t accept returns now I’m stuck with this crap
